ASSISTANT Studio Manager This is an exciting and challenging position for those with a great mix of management experience, fitness knowledge, and enthusiasm. This is an entry level position. The Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for helping the Studio Manager with the entire facility including the studio, boutique and three practice rooms. Successful candidates are warm, friendly, professional, outgoing, attentive and approachable. They maintain an excellent rapport with staff and have a passion to serve our members providing enviable customer service. Responsibilities • Prioritizing and delegating projects and details to keep the studio running smoothly. • Ensure all necessary supplies are on hand and that the studio is in a professional working condition. • Managing customer check-in and customer service. Working knowledge of the customer management software. • Overseeing service and retail operations. Consult with customers on class packages to meet their livestyle and goals. Manage the boutique merchandise and sales. • Ordering and stocking products and merchandise, some product research. Hours/Benefits This is a part-time position. 15 – 20 hours per week as required based on the studio schedule. We require a six month commitment with an offer of an option for renewal. Advancement is performance-based with possibility to grow into a full-time position. Benefits: Generous package of complimentary classes. Commission plan.
