INTRODUCTORY NUTRITION PACKAGE
Iintial visit: one and a half hours.
Follow up:
one hour.
Second follow up: half hour
• Body composition test
Learn your current nutrition status to serve as a baseline in monitoring your response to your fitness and nutrition plan.
• Resting Metabolic Rate test
Learn your resting metabolic rate which will help to ensure your nutrition plan is customized to your needs.
• Personalized Meal plan
Utilizing your resting metabolic rate and body composition in addition to your current fitness regimen and activity level, you are then provided with your nutrient needs based on your goals. A meal schedule as well as amount and types of foods to eat will be developed for you.
• Nutrition education and fine tuning
Changing your nutrition can be challenging. A registered dietitian coaches you along the way to help keep you motivated and working through obstacles you face.
• Follow up body composition test
Clients who sign up for this package receive a free follow up body composition test which is usually done 2-3 months after the initial nutrition visit.
BODY COMPOSITION AND RESTING METABOLIC RATE MEASUREMENTS WITH PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN
One and a half hours.
• Learn your body composition (hydration status, muscle mass and percentage of body fat) and your resting metabolic rate.
• A registered dietitian will interpret your results and calculate your calorie needs based on these results.
• Utilizing your resting metabolic rate and body composition in addition to your current fitness regimen and activity level, you are then provided with your nutrient needs based on your goals. A meal schedule will be developed for you.
MONTHLY FOOD JOURNAL FEEDBACK
Receive weekly feedback and recommendations from a registered dietitian on your food journal.
NUTRITION FOLLOW UP VISITS
Stay on track, get your questions answered, and review your progress. You will be able to discuss nutrient excess and/or deficiencies while solutions are developed together.
