Private Instruction is an exclusive customized experience in 30 minute or 60 minute increments. We offer one on one personal training in PT, Yoga, Barre, TRX, and Mat Pilates. The instructor and client(s) jointly construct an agenda that emphasizes achieving the unique goals of the client(s) within the Balans framework. Every member of our team understands that everybody is unique, and they thrive on helping you achieve your goals. Whatever a client’s objective, private instruction is tailored to meet it.
Our 5 week, 45 minute ‘FitFabFast’ Camp includes basic exercise such as push ups, squat and even jumping jacks. However, there are other exercises, like resistance bands, TRX and other various weights and form of resistance, that are performed as well to help you get your muscles in good shape. This is why the combination of exercises creates greater definition and a leaner body. Limited availability - 6 students maximum.
