TRX® Cross Train
Are you ready for TRX Cross Training? If you have read this far —you are ready! Cross training is an exceptional way to strengthen different muscle groups in a safe, fun environment. A lot of us do the same workouts routinely. While it’s great to plan and workout routinely, it’s even better to slide in a workout that shakes things up a bit. Cross training is a routine that includes a variety of exercises and equipment. Balans has designed a class that offers you the benefits of cross training. The TRX® Cross Train is comprised of the TRX® Suspension system, kettlebells and a variety of fun cardio exercises to elevate your heart rate and burn calories while building muscle.
