Yoga is about knowledge and never power. At Balans we continue this ancient 5,000 year-old tradition. We offer a diverse selection of styles and levels led by our inspirational certified teachers. We love the fact that Yoga embraces fitness, rehabilitation, relaxation, and transformation. Whether you are new to yoga, intermediate or experienced, you will find a class that touches you.

Yoga Level 1
Emphasis on building a strong foundation with good alignment – It is a great place for a beginner yogi to start their journey and a great place for a long time yogi to reconnect to the universal principle of this tradition. You will receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength and balance. Modification will be provided.
Yoga Level 2
After you feel comfortable with the posture taught in Level I Classes you will be ready to move to Level II. These more challenging classes continue to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing the classes in a more challenging way. Level II will help you take your practice to a new level.
Yoga Vinyasa Flow
This invigorating Vinyasa class will leave you inspired and awake – Vinyasa means linking breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and posture for a dynamic flow – The smooth continues flow deepens breathing, increases endurance- An emphasis on standing postures.
Vinyasa class is best if you are already physically active, comfortable with basic Yoga postures and appreciate a healthy sweat. Explore and go deeper onto your asana practice.
HEATED YOGA NEW
The heated room allows you to move into postures more effectively, and the benefits of the postures are felt faster. Practising yoga in a warm room creates a satisfying feeling of achievement.
